Exchange Policy

At HERMOSO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer an easy exchange process. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange can be in size or any other item. Refund is not available.

How to Request an Exchange

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return delivery costs. 

Out of Stock Items

  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or opt for store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@hermosolb.com or message us at 78970211. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
